We value all our customers because you are very important to us. Please don't hesitate to contact us via email or telephone for any concerns or questions you might have. We accept money orders in U.S. dollars from both United States and international banks. You will need to contact our Customer Service department to complete your order.

IMPORTANT:

- Please read all policies and procedures.

- All changes, requests, stock check and or cancellations must be done via email.

- The prices displayed at this Site are quoted in U.S. dollars.

- All Orders are subject to address verification. Please supply correct billing address and if necessary shipping address (if different from billing address).

- We encourage you not to order more than two pair at a time unless you are reasonably sure of your size. If you have a special occasion you need the shoes for, or by a specific date, please notify us by e-mail when you place your order and we will make every effort to comply with your request.

- All shipping fee's include handling fee.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping times stated below excludes the time necessary to process your order. Processing may take between 1-5 business days subject to availability and or backorder of the requested item. All orders requested to be shipped by 2nd day or Next Day Air are expedited and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order has been placed. In the unlikely event the purchased item(s) is not in stock, Big and Beautiful Shoes will produce a shoe for your order, which could delay your order a 4-12 weeks.

Colors

We have made every effort to portray our product as accurately as possible. However, the colors you see will depend on your monitor. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it for a full refund within the time allowed for returns except for special orders.

Back Orders

We never offer a style, color or size, which we don't expect to ship. If we do not have your product in stock, we will have it produced to fill your order. In some instances, this process might take up to two months.

We will not cancel any order unless a customer emails or call one of our customer service agent to cancel an order. All customers must email Big and Beautiful Shoes to find out the status of any orders places via phone or internet.

Occasionally, our suppliers cannot deliver to us or we could have sold out of a product and we cannot fill your order. If this occurs, a customer service agent will notify you via email and promptly refund the amount paid for undeliverable item.

Overdraft Charges

There will be a returned check charge added to your account for each check returned to us by your bank of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Returned checks may be processed electronically. Also any charges that a customer inquires as a resulting from an order places, example is NSF fees, will not be reimburse under any circumstances.

Money Orders, Personal Checks and Foreign Orders

We accept checks from U.S. banks and will accept Money Orders or Cashiers Check from international banks so long as payment is in U.S. currency and the order totals more than $100.00. All fund must be cleared by the bank prior to your order being processed. This payment method is considerably slower than using a credit card. All international orders may be subject to verification and or may be requested to mail in money orders or cashier checks. Big and Beautiful Shoes believes in protecting cardholders. We have specific guidelines to flag fraudulent activities. Once an order has been flagged, we will email and or contact a customer to verify their order (please respond as soon as possible). This may delay you order but we hope that cardholder appreciate safety because we at Big and Beautiful Shoe consider customer safety very highly. ALL DUTIES AND TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

If the items in your order are in stock, your order will be shipped once we receive your check and after a waiting period of a minimum of five business days.

International Orders are accepted but may be subject to delay due to verification for our customer’s safety. You must email us at Support@bbshoes.com or call us at 1-818-625-9979 to place the your order. Shipping amount may be amended after the order has been placed. You will receive an email to confirm your order with shipping charges.

All international orders for Next Day or 2nd day are subject to international shipping delays due to shipping and customer inspections.

Sales Tax and Duties

BigAndBeautifulShoes.com is required to charge sales tax on purchases shipped within the state of California.

ALL DUTIES AND TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.


E-Gift Certificates

A perfect way to show you care. Purchase a Gift Certificate for any event. Gift Certificates are e-mailed to you or to the intended recipient. If you would like us to send a Gift Certificate Card by mail, you must call customer support. A $3.95 fee will apply to all mailed Certificates.

Gift Certificates are emailed within 1-3 Business days. All gift certificates are non-refundable. They may be used by anyone with the gift certificate number, so please keep it private. Due to security, any lost or forgotten gift certificate numbers will not be given out to recipients unless the person who purchased the card calls and is verified as the purchaser. All gift certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

· Gift Certificates and unused portions of Gift Certificates will expire one year from the date of purchase of the Gift Certificate.
· We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates. (Gift Certificates will not be replaced or reissued.)
· Gift Certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
· Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be redeemed for a cash refund.
· Gift Certificates may not be used to purchase other Gift Certificates.
· Only 1 Gift Certificate may be redeemed with an order. (Gift Certificates cannot be combined.)
· No sales tax will be charged when purchasing a Gift Certificate; however, purchases paid for with a Gift Certificate will be charged applicable sales tax.
· Use of Gift Certificates constitutes your acceptance of these rules and regulations.
· Big and Beautiful Shoes reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.

Typographical Error or Cancellations

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical or errors in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Big and Beautiful Shoes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. Big and Beautiful Shoes reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Big and Beautiful Shoes will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount charged.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Big and Beautiful Shoes reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Big and Beautiful Shoes reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Coupons

Coupons may be used for purchases only. The coupons have no cash value. Coupons may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or coupon. Coupons used for purchases of more than one item will be void if any portion of the sale is returned. Return of any one item authorizes Big and Beautiful Shoes to charge the card for full value for the single item kept. This limitation does not apply if the return is an exchange. Coupons must be used within the time allotted and may be revoked any time without notice.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any unused / non-worn shoe(s)by requesting an return merchandise authorization (RMA) # within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price (Excluding Shipping and Handling charges). All shoes returned without RMA # will be refused and sent back to sender.

IMPORTANT: All return without a RMA number will be returned to the shipper (No Exceptions). Shipper will be responsible for the return-shipping fee. If shipper calls after package has been shipped and notifies us of incoming package without an RMA number, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Both shoes and box must be new and in re-sellable condition. If shoe or box are not in original condition, Big and Beautiful Shoes has the right to refuse to refund your order or charge $9.99 for replacing your damaged box.

All shoes must be unworn, in original box. We do not refund shipping charges unless a mistake was made on our part. We encourage you not to order more than two pair at a time unless you are reasonably sure of your size.

Shipping fees charged on your original purchase are non-refundable. Shipping charges will apply on all exchanges.

Big and Beautiful Shoes must receive the return package within 14 days from the date the RMA number was issued or package will be returned to sender without credit.

If you choose to return or exchange your purchase to our Distribution Center, we recommend you insure it for the amount of the purchase. Big and beautiful Shoes is not responsible for any package that is lost or not delivered by the carrier of choice. We recomend to use UPS, DHL or Fedex and or insure all return Packages.

Shipping fees to return your purchase to our Returns Department are paid by the customer. Allow up to 3 weeks for processing your return.

If an exchange is requested shipping charges will apply.

Special Orders

No refund or exchange will be accepted for all Special Orders items. Special order items will have " ** " and or a literature on the items page stating that the item is a special order item.

Return Procedure

1- E-mail us at Returns@BBShoes.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping. RMA will be e-mailed to you within 1-2 Business Days. RMA may also be obtained by telephone.

You must include the following information in your e-mail to receive your RMA #: your order number, date of order, and reason of return or exchange.

Big and Beautiful Shoes must receive the return package within 2 weeks from the date the RMA number was issued or package will be returned to sender without credit.

IMPORTANT: All return without a RMA number will be returned to the shipper (No Exceptions). Shipper will be responsible for the return-shipping fee. If shipper calls after package has been shipped and notifies us of incoming package without an RMA number, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

2- Put the shoe in a return box. If you are going to re-use the box shipped to you, cross out all writing from the box.

3- Secure package with tape.

4- Write RMA number on label shown below or on 4 sides of the box.

5- Ship with any shipping company of your choice.
